PRORET.MSI, Windows Install problem

S

Sam

Hi,

Every time I restart my system (Win2k) or start outlook, I get this
message:

"The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-Rom or other removable
disk that is not available.

Insert the 'Microsoft XP Professional' disk and click OK".

If I click browse, it says it's looking for PRORET.MSI.

What should I do? I think this happened when I did one of those
online, automatic updates about a month ago.

Thanks

I'm in a similar boat however MS does have what they call an administrative update package which is supose to work around needing the CD. It didn't work for me but it might work for you. Search the microsoft site for this admin install package. Be aware it's a 60 MB download.
