Pros and Cons of Project Server 2003/2002 with Office 2003/XP

I'm need to evaluate the pros and cons of using Project Server 2002 with
Office. The primary users will be using Office 2003.

Are there any drawbacks or problems with using Office 2003 with Project
Server 2002?

Are there any truly compelling reasons to use Project 2003 since we are
using Office 2003?

I haven't been able to find the informaiton I need regarding Project Server
2002.

No.

Are there any truly compelling reasons to use Project 2003 since we are
using Office 2003?

Yes, so you can use Project Server 2003. As for office, no. I use Proj2002
Standard and Office 2003 and will probably do so until a new version of
project offers something compelling. If I were using Project server, I'd
want to move to 2003 because it fixed a lot of problems.
