Protect cell to create a formula

Hi:
After locked the cells, and unlocked the cells I want be
able to change and protected the sheet, I notice
if I want I continue with the
possibility to create a formula in cell in the formula bar.
I want a input value in the cell who is validate with data
validation, but I don´t want the user has the abillity to
define a formula in that cell.
Can somebody help me?
