Protect the formfield from being deleted.

hi everyone,

i want to protect the formfield from being deleted in Word doc. and, i
want to make it moveable in the doc. but, i don't want to protect the
doc. so that users have the freedom to edit the doc. does anyone has
any idea or examples on how to do that?

Hi Will Lam

It's fairly simple. For a FormField to work it *must* be in a protected section of your
document. Note the term Section. If you insert section breaks into your document (either
Continuous or NextPage) you can insert the FormField(s) in one section and the text you
want the user to edit in another. When you protect the document only protect the
section(s) that actually contain FormFields.
