Protected actuals corruption

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what to do to repair what seems to be some bug or
corruption with Protected Actuals. When I request to Sync to Protected
Actuals from Project 2003 Pro, somehow I am getting actuals that do not exist
in PWA. Ie., I see trailing zeros, .5 hours, and 1 hour at the end of my
assignments for a certain resources in MS Project Pro after I run Sync to
Protected Actuals.

Spiro.

You can view this information in all Office Desktop Apps, including Project,
by going to the help menu and selecting About. You can see the build number
for Project Server by floating your mouse pointer over the help selection in
PWA. The build number should be at least 11.2.2005.1801 for SP2a.

We are also experiencing problems with time reporting in PWA. When we check
our SP release number following the PWA prodecure described below, we
determined that we are on 11.1.2004.1707.15. We are obviously way behind on
our SPs. What might the be the biggest issue we we face by not being up to
date.

Let us know and thanks very much for your help.
