Protected Directory Won't Open New Page

I created a password protected directory to play an online tutorial movie.
For some reason the page is opening with the shared border above it. This
doesn't happen with the other non-protected directory. How do get it to open
in a window with no shared borders.

Edit the default page in the protected directory.
