Hi all, I have a protected workbook. I have some columns that users ca
change, and based on the some conditional formatting changes cel
colors. Each column also has a comment in the header cell. When
protect the workbook, the comments cannot be seen, and conditiona
formatting will work onetime (when the spreadhseet is first populate
by me), but when the user changes a value, the formatting doesn'
chane. Any help would be wlecome. Thank you
