If you are the Project Server administrator, open the Enterprise Global file
for editing (Tools - Enterprise Options - Open Enterprise Global) and then
click Tools - Organizer. Everything in the right side of the dialog is
stored in the Enterprise Global file and users cannot any of these objects,
including Views, Tables, Filters, Groups, etc. If you are a PM only and not
a Project Server administrator, there is no easy way to determine what is an
enterprise object, other than the name of the object, such as the Enterprise
Gantt Chart view or the Enterprise Entry table for tasks. It is because of
this that we recommend as a best practice to Project Server administrators
to use a naming convention for enterprise objects to help PMs easily
distinguis between enterprise objects and default objects that ship with the
tool For example, our naming convention for enterprise Views includes the
prefix "_msPE" at the start of each enterprise View name. The underscore
character ( _ ) forces the View to the top of the Views menu, and the "msPE"
text is the abbreviation for our company name, msProjectExperts. Hope this
helps.

I opened the Enterprise Global file for editing (Tools - Enterprise Options -
Open Enterprise Global) and then entered Tools - Organizer. But on the rigth
side of the dialog box there is only one View which is Enterprise Gantt
Chart...I believe this is not the only View protected...

Can you help?

This is the ONLY default enterprise View included with Project Server 2007.
On the Tables tab, you will see only one task Table, the Enterprise Entry
table. If you want more enterprise Views and/or Tables, you the Project
Server administrator must create them. DO NOT under and circumstances copy
local Views or Tables, such as the Gantt Chart view or Entry table, into the
Enterprise Global. Doing so will "pollute" the Enterprise Global with
non-enterprise objects, and will trigger an error message EVERY TIME a PM
opens an enterprise Project in Project Professional 2007. Hope this helps.
