Protecting a Document

How can you protect a document from changes being made
when sending the document via e-mail? Currently can be
set with a password to read only, however the user can
save the file once they receive it and then make changes.

Ang,

Anyone that can open a document can modify it and save it
to a new filename. Your best bet to achieve your objective
would be to use Adobe Acrobat to export your documents as
a PDF.
