Protecting cell within a Word Table

Does anyone know if it is possible to protect individual
cells within a table in a Word document? This is
possible in Excel but I can't pin it down in Word.

Hi Craig,

AFAIK, In Word this is only possible at the row level, by putting the row(s)
to be protected in a separate section from the rest of the table and
protecting that section.
