Protecting Document

Help tells me that in order to protect a document I have to click on the
review tab and "click Protect Document". I cannot see Protect Document from
the Review tab; all I have are Proofing and Comments and nothing within
either of those that are Protect Document.

Thanks in advance for any forthcoming help

PPT 2007 can encrypt a document to open with a password. Office button,
Prepare, Encrypt Document.

Don't know where your help is saying what you said but if you click the ?
help icon and type protect document the first item will show how to select
an encryption.
