I am using Office 200. I typically protect my documents
by going to TOOL> Protect Document...then I type a
password, retype it. When someone gets it and they want
to add or text or something, it shows their changes with
different color font and lines showing where they were
working. For some reason it is not working now when I
protect a document. It shows it as being protected but
you can go in the doc and make changes without it
indicating so...please help.
