Protecting single cells in Excel.

First, right click the cell (or cells) you want to protect. Choos
"Format Cells", and choose the "Protection" Tab. Make sure that Locke
and Hidden are both ticked. This will lock the formula, and prevent i
from being viewed (only the results can be seen).

Then, Protect the sheet (Tools->Protection->Protect Sheet) and choose
password (or leave it blank) and make sure the worksheet is protecte
for Contents.

That should be what you need.
