This needs to be done for privacy purposes. My company currently send
out schedules with the amount charged per hour for various positions an
would not like to make this information public. Does anyone know how t
solve this? Thanks

Jes,
Save a copy of the schedule and then remove the costs from the copied
schedule before sending out to the customer. If you have baselined the
schedule you will have baselined the costs so you might have to clear the
baseline data.

forgot this trick...

Don't send the whole scheudle, just send a *.pdf, *.gif image of whatever it
is you're providing to the customer

Thanks for the help. We have been pdf'ing the projects yet it takes 30
minutes to do so...

Jes,
You could als o try using the MDI option that comes iwth Office 2000 and
later. This also creates a 'pdf' type output. My recommendation would be to
save a copy and clear out the information that you don't want the customer to
see.
