Protection in word

Hi !
I have a done questionnaire-form in WORD, with a number
of cells for answers. I want to protect the complete form
EXCEPT the cells for answers.

Does anyone know how to do that ?

Use the Forms Tool bar to insert text fields in the places you want users to
provide answers and then protect the form.
