Protocol errors 550 5.7 and 553 help doesn't. what next?

I get these 2 error messages since I upgraded from Outlook express to
Outlook. I have reset my accounts and have one network working BUT my network
at work keeps sending me error messages. The help answers don't tell me
anything I haven't tried. What else should I do? Who else do I call?
