provide a way to report bugs in the product

There seems to be no way to report bugs in the product.

I tried to submit this as a suggestion but got here?

This seems like a unorganized and random way of keeping track of bugs as well
as suggestions. I guess it does obscure the faults and releive the developers
of any accountability and coordinated, planned developement plans.

Sorry to be so harsh but as a paying user of a product, I would like to know
that any problems I report get addressed (if not fixed) and I have a clear
idea of where the product is going and maybe, just maybe some real input to
some needed capabilities and features. Not just one of many posts, that will
be lost in the shuffle.

Thank you for at least responding

To let Microsoft know that you'd like to see a new feature in OneNote,
e-mail them at (e-mail address removed) and put "OneNote" in the subject line.
That's the address where they receive feature suggestions and I assure you
that they DO read it.

Thank you very much. That is encouraging. I am just not a fan of casual
voting. I do not always have the time to read every post and 'vote' on it, so
many really good ideas may not get my vote (and others also).

thanks

Understandable. The product teams DO read this newsgroup by the way, and
even post here sometimes. Additionally if Eric or I see a particular issue
that comes up here and we think it's a bug we will frequently forward it
directly to somebody inside the product team to make sure they're aware of
it.

Same for feature suggestions we think are particularly valuable (and not
already implemented in the next version).

Look at the way that Quicken has its ability to report bugs. I think that is
what the original poster (and myself) are looking for.

Although the news group approach does have its advantages ... it would be
helpful to separate out discussion, from bug reports, to product suggestions.
