provide method to add border, lines or arrows in or around text

Using OneNote 2003, I would like to add a border around a body of text or
whatever you have added to OneNote. Would also like to have a line draw
feature and arrows that you can select from.

Not going to happen in OneNote 2003 but Chris and Owen have alluded to
"drawing tools" in the next version.
