Offering an update for Windows XP whch take 169 minutes to download is really
a stupid way of conducting product support.
Apart from the time factor( 2 hrs 49 mns) the chances of failure are very
high due to lost connection.
Why not offer updates of this size on CD. I for one would be willing to pay
postage.
This facility is available for Windows XP updates.
The Office Support site is a joke, why has Microsoft such an aversion with
direct contact with it LOYAL product users.
Perhaps MS refers to some degenerative problem afflicting the organisation.
