Provisioning 'PWA:' Error provisionaing site or databases."

Hey all,
I am getting "Provisioning 'PWA:' Error provisionaing site or
databases." error when i am creating Project Web Access Site.

I created a WebSite and SSP in MOSS, when i tried to create PWA site i
am getting the above error.
I have been struggling with this one for the past 3 days.

I have SQLServer 2005, MOSS and Project Server running on my local
machine.
Using local Administrator account to create PWA site.

Can you please let me know how i can resolve the problem..

Here is the exception message from the log file....

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance
of an object. at
Microsoft.Office.Project.Server.Administration.ProjectPSISharedApplication.RemovePWASite(SPWebApplication
webApp, SPSite pwaSite, String urlPath) at
Microsoft.Office.Project.Server.Administration.ProjectPSISharedApplication.CreateSite(ProjectProvisionSettings
provset) at
Microsoft.Office.Project.Server.Administration.ProjectPSISharedApplication.RunProvisionJob(ProjectProvisionSettings
provset)

Hey All,
I resolved the issue.
I uninstalled the Project Server and Created a new Farm.

When i reinstalled Project Server, i used the new Farm.

After that i could able to create Project Web Access.
