Proxy server

I have users accessing the Project Server using the LAN,
Dial-up & from client sites.
Using LAN & Dial up the connection to Project Server Web
Access works fine. Where as from client sites using a
proxy server, I am able to login but unable to access any
link like Tasks, Projects etc.... resulting in error.
Please advise what setting is required.

The proxy settings on the Project server is as follows:
proxycfg -d -p "ProxyServer" "<local>;FQDN"
No proxy server in office.
Urgent help required!!
