Prventing users from adding outlook email accounts

Hi All,

I am trying to find out if there is a way to prevent users
from adding Email Accounts to Outlook 2003?

We have Excgange 2003 running in a singel server
enviroment, and we don't want our users adding any pop or
other types of additional mail accounts to Outlook.
