PS 2003 Icon - Information for this resource has changed.

We have multiple projects with local resources. For each task the
local resources are assigned to, the icon - "Information for this
resource has changed" never goes away even after the project is
published. Why? Is there something differently we should be doing?

Are you getting Spooler errors when you publish your projects? If so, you
did not set up your local resources correctly. Refer to the following FAQ:

No spooler error - the local resources' booking type is proposed and
the workgroup is None.
