I have a multi-tiered environment with the following installed all on
separate boxes:
PS Server 2003
Analysis Services 2000
SQL 2000
We installed the DSO objects on the PS Server 2003 box, and when we go to
build the cube we are still getting the error message that DSO objects are
not installed.
Do the DSO objects need to be installed on the SQL 2000 box as well?
We did run the COM+ identity tool and set the service account to an account
that has OLAP admin privs. Does this account also need access to the base
tables in the SQL 2000 database?
Any guidance appreciated.
