I have a situation where Time on the Tasks page shows as approved (hours are
in black) however, not all of the time shows in the project schedule.
For example, i have a resource submitting time on all days, Monday thru
Friday.
In the project schedule, Monday's time is missing but the rest of the days
(Tuesday thru Friday) are there.
There are no notes on the task in the schedule nor on the resources
timesheet to indicate an error.
Curiously, the entire week's time (Tuesday thru Friday) does not appear in
the cube when it builds (it builds every night).
We then re-keyed the Timesheet hours over, resubmitted them and re-approved
them into the project schedule.
The missing Monday hours are now in the project schedule along with the
Tuesday thru Friday hours
Re-building the cube, the hours now show in portfolio analyzer when they
weren't in there before
SP2a has been applied (previously)
Any ideas on this? As i'm concerned there may be other similar issues out
there with missing hours but there is no easy way to find.
Any one seen this behavior before?
thx.
