[PS 2007] 100 % completed task remain in "My Tasks"

Hi Guys,

I have an issue with an installation whereby a resource updates his task
under "My task" using the day by day update. Once the task is 100 % completed
he submits this task.
The project manager accepts the changes and publishes the project again. The
task now displays as 100 % completed. Unfortunalty the task ( all tasks in
fact) remain under My task eventhough they are 100% completed.

I have tried the option of "display only current tasks" within My tasks, but
the tasks still remain in the My task list. I would exptect the tasks that
are 100% completed will disapear from the My Task list.

Have you come accros this behaviour as well and if so do you have a solution
to this problem? I heard that this is a bug, but I cant find it under the
microsoft connect page.

This is the new default behavior of PWA 2007. With the "Display Only
Current Tasks" option selected, the completed tasks will disappear
automatically after 10 days. Beyond this, there is no way to hide tasks, so
we just have to live with this new behavior. Hope this helps.

Thanks Dale. It is certainly not the behaviour I was hoping for. The
functionality of 2003 was much more flexible in this manner. Never mind
