PS 2007: How to copy Enterprise Global Template to another server

Hi.
In Project Server 2007, how can i copy (backup) the enterprise global
template from one instance of Project Server to another one? Is there a
Backup and restore Enterprise global template, like in Project Server 2003?

I don't want to re-create manually the custom fields, formulas, graphic
indicators, pwa views, project pro views... Please, help!!!

Short of copying all the databases over (with all the other stuff aswell), it
can't be done.
