PS 2007: One Project Takes 30 Minutes to Publish

We are running Project Server 2007. We have ~60 projects, each with
about five tasks and ten resources. Most projects publish within one
minute. However, one particular project always takes around thirty
minutes to publish. This is the case even when only a minor change as
been made (one task's % complete was changed). And this project is
the same size/scope as the other projects which publish within a
minute.

Any suggestions for why this is occurring or what can be done to speed
up the publishing?
