PS 2007 Project workspace Issue Tracking Link Item not working

Hi,
we are using project server 2007. I created a list in the project
workspace by customizing the issue tracking(which is in the Site Actions -->
Create -->Issue Tracking). But when I try to create a new item, the Link
Item(to link the tasks/issues/risks..) button is not working...

Thanks for your reply. Just I added some fileds and hide some fields...

Hi,
While creating a new item, if i try to click Link Item nothing happening.
If i try for other lists(issue/risk) it is opening a window with project
tasks/issues/risks/documents.
