PS 2007 SQL 2005 Default website stopped in IIS

I need to make adjustments to our Project Server install to permit a
colleague to use SQL Reporting Service which apparently he was using
before the PS Install. I understand he now cannot use because the
default web site is shown as stopped.
I'm assuming both apps are trying to use port 80.
Should PS have been installed to a different port in these
circumstances - is it easy to adjust this?
Suggestions?
Thanks

Sharepoint has "extended" the default website, and in the process,
killed the Reporting services virtual directories. If you reinstall
Reporting Services you can integrate it into the Sharepoint site. This
is a different interface than Reporting Services usually has.

If you need the usual SSRS interface, then either that website or your
PWA website must live at a different place. This could be a different
host header, a different port, a different machine. It needs to show
up as a different website in IIS manager.

Easy is a relative term. It won't involve any programming to change
the port number, but it may involve some software reinstalls to get
back to where you need to be. The easiest path to go forward will be
to create a new site and uninstall then reinstall Reporting Services
using that new website. If you need to preserve subscriptions and
other data from the current reporting services install, make sure to
read some documentation on backing that up. It can be complicated due
to Reporting Services using some encryption for portions of its
databases.
