PS 2007 - Tracking by minutes, not days

M

Maria Maz

I need to track my project by minutes, not days.

I have a project that will span approx 5 days. There are a multitude of
tasks that need to be complete within a given day. Can I track by minutes
instead of days?

I've changed the duration to minutes, but that isn't exactly what I'm
looking for.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Maria

Yes, you can track by Minutes if necessary. Do the following to set this
up:

1. Open your project
2. Click Tools - Options - Schedule.
3. Set the Duration Is Entered In value to Minutes.
4. Set the Work Is Entered In value to Minutes.
5. Click Tools - Macro - Macros.
6. In the Macros dialog, select the Format_Duration macro and click the Run
button.
7. In the Format Duration dialog, select the Minutes value and click the OK
button.

The above steps display all Duration and Work values in Minutes. Hope this
helps.
