PS Cleaner

Using Project Srever 2003 with SP3. We have installed the PS Cleaner Tool on
our Server. We are able to have the utility retrieve all projects on the
database, but, everytime I try to delete a file, I get a failure
notification. However, I am able to delete resources using the PS Cleaner.
Does anyone have any ideas on what may be preventing us from deleting project
files? Thanks.
