PS web part in Sharepoint

I've seen some great documentation on web parts in the online Project Server
2003 documentation....but I cannot locate now. Where will I find this
documentation?

I need to add a web part into my Sharepoint site that links to the project
schedule on the Project Server....with most of the menus disabled.
