PS07 - Cleaning the queue

T

TroyS

I migrated a project from PS03 to PS07
I tried the save and publish option.

When i look at the queue there are some errors (Reporting (Resource Synch)
previous to this that failed but were not blocking. I cancelled them after
retrying however, i still cannot publish my project schedule. For that
activity i get a failed but not blocking as well.

I've looked the uls logs and i've looked at the Queue - Click on Error, but
i'm not seeing what the problem 'really' is.

is there a way to completely clear the queue so that i can try publishing
again without that prior error there?

You can change the "Cleanup Age Limit For Non-Successful Jobs (in hours)"
value under Server Settings>Queue Settings.

Easier yet, I would just remove all the jobs I did not care about from the
"Job Completion States" when viewing Server Settings>Manage Queue. When you
remove Job Completion States hit the refresh status button at the bottom of
the screen.

The settings you change here go away once you close out of the screen and
come back. It will always revert back to the default filter settings of
current date, etc.
