PS2003 connecting with WSS using PSCOMPLUS

Hi
We are installing Project Server 2003 and we want to connect it with
SharePoint Services (installed in the same machine).
Yesterday, after the installation, we accessed through Project Web
Access and get an error saying that the accounts specified were not
correct.
We ran Pscomplus.exe, specified the account and it worked fine.
But today it seems like we didn´t run pscomplus or the information
given is lost: we get the same error, the accounts are not correct. We
have run pscomplus again and works fine again. I can't understand,
somebody has experienced the same problem? It looks like the
information given expires, or is overwritten, I don't know.
Any ideas are welcome.
Thank You.
P.S. We have the same problem with the Analysis Server account
information (it is also provided through the pscomplus utility)

Ikero:

I'd look for a conflict with security policies on the network or server
build configuration issue. Does your company make changes to the standard OS
installation? Whatever is wiping the identities of your DCOM objects is not
likely related to Project Server, so I'd look hard at the server and the
network.

Thank you Gary
The installed OS is Server 2003 Standard Edition, with all the
updates. There is also installed SQL Server 2000 (updated) and
SharePoint Portal Server
I think the problem is that someone overwrites or wipes out the
account information, but I'm not an expert about servers, so:
Is there any known incompatibility with the Microsoft Office Project
Server WSS Admin Component?
Where can I get more information about DCOM objects (web sites,
newsgroups,...)?
You say it could be also a security policy conflict. What issues
should I check out?
If this is not the group to ask this questions, please tell me.
Thanks in advance
