Greetings,
I have a situation where Project Server 2003 appears to be integrated
correctly with Windows SharePoint Services (they are both running on the same
Server, with the databases on a separate SQL Server platform).
However, when a new Project is saved and published, although the PWA
administrative configuration defines that the WSS Sub Sites be automatically
generated along with the appropriate roles in WSS, while the Sub Sites are
being generated, the roles are not being appropriately defined. Only the
Admin and Executive (read-only), roles are being generated.
Additionally, although a Team Member is assigned to a task in the Project,
when manually synchronizing the Project with WSS (via PWA Admin), a role is
created, but the Resource is incorrectly assigned as a Project Manager.
Has anyone seen this behaivor before and does anyone have any suggestions on
how to either correct this issue or have any tips on useful steps for
troubleshooting this.
Any suggestions most appreciated.
Cheers,
Wayne
