PS2003 tracking settings hours per task

I am trying to set my tracking settings as hours entered per task.
Some people can fill in their time fine, others are still stuck in the
percentages entry. How do I correct for this? Do I do a republish all
for the changes to take effect?

You are 100% correct in saying that you have to republish the all the
projects, all projects that are currently tracked with % will stay
that way until you have
Republished them
