PS2003: Upgrading SQL Server 2000 to 2005

I know that if I install Project Server 2003 on SQL Server 2005, I have to
change some of the queries in the install files, but currently we have
Project Server 2003 running with SQL Server 2000.

We want to upgrade to SQL Server 2005 and I was wondering if Project Server
2003 will still work without any modifications?

Sorry... I anticipated my answer based on my work friends.
I did a lab with SP2 and it does not work.
My mistake... just tried to help you.
I don't think they are compatible... yet. If I find a way to make it work I
let you know... I'm experiencing the same problem.
