PS2007 - Cannot access project data from Project Center only

Does anyone have any clue what might be causing this access error
message to occur suddenly in Project Center?

"Project Center cannot access the project(s) you are trying to view.
It is most likely that you either don't have permissions to view the
project, another user has deleted this project(s) before you were able
to view it or that another user is in the process of publishing the
project."

We are getting the following page in PWA>Project Center. I have
verified security settings are correct and nothing has changed there.
Nothing else seems to be wrong in the system and projects can be
accessed with no issues via Project Professional for example.

We are not on SP1.

When I get the message above after trying to access Project Center, I
get these 3 error messages in the LOG files on the server.

I have seen this error quite a few times.

Also updating the Index Stats for the Published DB will do the trick.

the error has gone after a full backup of the farm from WSS in Project Server.
