[PS2007] Migration to SQL 2005 from embedded SQL

Hello
Does anyone know the technical information how to migrate single server
Project 2007 nistalation with embedded sql 2005 to another, separated
database server, which uses full SQL 2005 version?? I think disaster
recovery guide will help me with this task, but maybe the separated document
for it exists?
