PS2007 migration

Trying to test migration, preparing for a full migration - ps2003 sql2000 to
ps2007 sql2005. So, going from old computer to new computer.

Got WSS Pre-upgrade scan tool to work, then got STSADM.exe to go with 25
errors out of 300+ WSS sites.

So, ran the p12 migrate tool for particular projects to see if they would
pick up their respective ps2003 site. Did 'em one at a time.

THEN, I wanted to start over and see if I could correct the 25 errors from
stsadm.
So, had the DBA restore the project DB from a backup taken before I started
all this.

Also had the server tech revert to the image taken at the same time. All
still working great.

Went through the process of Pre-upgrade scan, stsadm, which showed 24 errors
which was good cuz I'd only made one correction.

BUT, the p12migrate tool tells me the project I'm trying to migrate has
already BEEN migrated. I'm sure this is not the case as I picked it for the
corrections needed.

Does anyone know if I should be checking somewhere else? Some other tables
or a PWA or WSS setting I should check?
