PS2007 - Only One user gets HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

Hello Team,

I have only one user who gets the following error when acessing Project Web
Access. Last week he was able to get to the Training Instance and the
Producction one.

This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are
visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying.

I changed the user's settings under Security - Trusted Sites in IE to Prompt
for User Name and password. This corrected the problem.

Is there a reason why one user only?

If it was previously set to automatic, it may indicate that the client has
an incorrect cached password.

Gary,

Thank you for the update! I was able to correct the problem by changing the
user's IE settings under User Authentication for Trusted Sites to: Prompt for
user name and password instead of Automatic logon only in Intranet zone.
