PS2007- Received a SOAP error when connecting Outlook03 with PWA

One of the users received a SOAP error when she changed the
http://servername/pwatraining/ Training URL to the Production
http://servername/PWA URL.

I know there is a component called Microsoft Office SOAP toolkit. Where do I
get this?

There is a SOAP toolkit for calling web services from within an Office
application (http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa192537(office.
11).aspx), but it doesn't look like you need that. What was the SOAP
error?
