PS2007: Setting default location for checkout out documents

in PS2007, when one checks out a document, a window appears that asks the
user to "use the local drafts" folder. The toggle is on by default, meaning
that by default a draft will be saved in the "Sharepoint Drafts" folder in My
Documents. I would like for this toggle to be OFF by default, meaning that
the draft created upon check out of a document is not saved locally, but
rather in the server. Does anyone know how to change the default setting of
this toggle/window????

I do not believe it is possible to change the option in the dialog. On the
other hand, how hard is it for a user to click once to deselect it? Why
don't you must make this a training and performance issue with your users?
