PS2007 Timesheet and the 38 Hour working week

I have a 38 hr working week (7.6 hrs per day) users pretty anal about it.
I am not sure the EPM solution handles this very well.

I have specified working times in the MS Project Prof template 38 hrs week
and 7.6 hrs per day: In MS Project Professional this works like a dream. If I
specify a task of 4 days duration, it automatically calculates the work
effort at 30.4 hrs.

However when I publish this project onto the server there is a problem in
the Timesheet view:

Timesheet View:

For some reason the planned effort is spread across 8hrs (trimming the start
and end day). So 30.4hrs is split over 4 days as (7, 8, 8, 7.4.).

Ideally I was looking for the time sheet to display (7.6, 7.6, 7.6, 7.6)

In the Server Settings > Timesheet Settings I have specified time sheet day
as 7.6 hrs, and standard worksheet week as 38hrs.

Other Timesheet Setttings:

Outlook Display: Billable,Non-Billable , and Scheduled hours (selected)
Timesheet will use standard overtime and non billable time tracking
(un-selected)
By Default timesheet will be created by using current task assignments.
The Default timesheet tracking units are set to Days.

Any pointers will be of great help.

Not sure of the details, but you need to ensure your project calendar is
in agreement with the Project Professional Calendar option of 38 hours per
week. I can't point you a specific reference, either, sorry. This is an
area I don't think too many people, even the "experts", have a handle on! :>)
