PS2007 Transfer from development to production

I have set-up a project server with multiple instances: test, development and
production. How could I transfer all the PWA settings and project planes from
development to production instance?

Hi NZ Projects,

Thanks for replying. This is the reference that I actually used but I found
the instructions a bit too brief and the overall procedures not well
explained.

Maybe you could help me with this:
1) To transfer development to production, should I first create a production
instance of project server and then the sharepoint content associated with it?
2) I have done a full backup on the farm, so when I try to restore PWA
database and sharepoint content to the newly created database, I receive
error that I have to specify a name that does not exist.
3) In the Restore from Backup - Step 4 of 4, I select:
a) Type of restore - New restore.
b) New web application URL: http://epm2007/ What should I specify here? A
new URL? Must I create a new sharepoint before I could specify this new URL?
c) New web application name: SharePoint - 80 Is it important to change the
web application name here?
d) New database name: ProjectServer_Published I am aware that I should use a
new database name but if I use the one created from the new PS instance I
received an error. So if I specify a new database how would I be able to use
it for my production project server?

Sorry if there are too many questions brought up but I just could not find
enough information from the MS TechNet documentations.
