PS2007-unable to connect.

I am trying to upgrade to PS2007. Loaded Proj Pro, server, and sharepoint.
Verifying setup to use migration tool.

I launch Proj. Pro. after setting up the server connect account and get the
following error msg.

"Login failed. Project could not connect to server. Please check your
username and password and try again"

"OK" is the only choice. Please advise.

Have you ensured that your username and password is correct?
You can try this by trying to access Project Web Access with your
credentials. Should you not be able to connect would mean that you will need
to add your user to Project Server
