PS2007 & WSS

Since PS2007 is more SharePoint heavy, can it's WSS be install on a different
computer? Project Server 2007 on Box A and WSS on Box B? Even if it's OK
what happens to PS2007 performance.

We have a separate where we've defined some WSS subsites under one site for
some of our groups (not portal).

If we wanted to install PS2007's Sharepoint over there, whould that cause us
a problem?

To increase performance look to a 'small' server farm deployment where
firstly SQL 2005, SQL Analysis Services, SQL Reporting Services are run on
server1. Then on another server run 'Web front end' and Applications for PS
and WSS.

If further performance is required then the 'Web front end' and
Applications can be run on seperate servers (medium server farm)
