PSD: MSPS 2003 - Timesheet Submission Error #2 w/ RBS

I have encountered another inconsistency w/ submitted status of timesheets.

Issue

1. Resource A submits timesheet for week 1.
2. Resource Manager never gets Resource A's Timesheet to approve.

2 Issues here:

1. Resource A shows timesheet as submitted per the Home Page; however I can
keep selecting Update All when there are no additional updates to be made and
it acks as though it is going to submit and route accordingly.
2. Resource Manager nevers recieves Resource A's timesheet to approve and
also does not show as unsubmitted on the Resource Managers Home Page.


Why is the routing for Resource A not working?

RBS is correct and has been working to date, so reason to be an anomoly now...
