PSI GeneralUnhandledException Error

I am receiving the following exception when I try to add or update using the
PSI.

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException:
System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: ProjectServerError(s)
LastError=GeneralUnhandledException Instructions: Pass this into
PSClientError constructor to access all error information
at
Microsoft.Office.Project.Server.WebService.Project.QueueUpdateProject(Guid
jobUid, Guid sessionUid, ProjectDataSet dataset, Boolean validateOnly)

Any ideas?

make sure that the custom fields guid have been inserted correct, i go
the problem as same as you got then i try to handle it then i found tha
i typed the guid wrong.
